Training on Leadership Learning for Members and CMAs

The Training Department of ICMAB organized a Training Programme on “Leadership Learning” on Saturday, the 17th June 2023 at ICMAB Ruhul Quddus Auditorium, ICMA Bhaban, Nilkhet, Dhaka for the Members and qualified CMAs of the Institute.

It was a 3 hours’ long training session where Mr. Muhammad Zahangir Alam FCMA, CFO, Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. a highly experienced leader conducted the training session as a resource person. Around 205 members and qualified CMAs of ICMAB participated in the program physically and also online through zoom conferencing system.

Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed FCMA, Chairman, Training Committee and Vice President of ICMAB delivered a welcome statement. In his speech he specially thanked Mr. Muhammad Jahangir Alam FCMA for becoming the resource person of the training on ‘Leadership Learning’ and presenting the paper on such a burning topic. He also thanked all the Members & Qualified CMAs of the Institute present in the event.

At the end, the president of the institute, Mr. Md. Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA delivered a brief speech. In his deliberation, he highlighted that how important this type of training for the professionals like CMAs. He thanked Mr. Zahangir Alam FCMA who kept participants engaged by his resourceful presentation, interaction and discussion.

He also appreciated all the participants for their involvement and thanked them for sparing their valuable time for the training session from where they will gain useful knowledge and new innovative ideas.

Among others Mr. Md. Kausar Alam FCMA Secretary, Mr. Akhtaruzzaman FCMA, Treasurer and Mr. S.M. Zahir Uddin Haider FCMA Council Member of the Institute were present in the program.
