ICMAB organized a Webinar on “Employee Benefit and Participation Fund Management: Best Practices and Compliance”

The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) organized a Webinar on “Employee Benefit and participation Fund Management: Best Practices and Compliance” for its esteemed Members at 8:00 P.M. on November 24, 2024 (Sunday) through Zoom video conferencing system.

Mrs. Juthika Roy ACMA, Business Development Lead, Hossain Mumlook & Co. led the Webinar as the resource person. The webinar aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of effective fund management practices within organizations, focusing on compliance with regulatory and organizational policies, optimize budgeting processes and resource allocation, strengthen financial reporting and documentation, identify and mitigate financial risks effectively, implement measures to prevent and detect fraud, support strategic decision-making for financial planning.

Special Guest of the webinar, Ms. Rehenuma Islam, Head of Human Resources, Premier LP Gas Limited mentioned that every organization requires best practices in Fund management by ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. She mentioned that Professional Accountants have much scope to manage Fund in the upcoming days and could play a vital role in their concerned organizations.
