ICMAB Honored Mr. Md. Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA, Chairman, NBR & Secretary, IRD, Ministry of Finance, GoB and Dr. Md. Anwar Ullah FCMA, Secretary, Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat, GoB.

 

The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) arranged a reception program in honor of Mr. Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA, immediate past president and current council member and Dr. Md. Anwar Ullah FCMA, Secretary, Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 07:00 pm at ICMAB Ruhul Quddus Auditorium, ICMA Bhaban, 3 Nilkhet, Dhaka-1205 for being promoted to the post of Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Mr. S M Zahir Uddin Haider FCMA, Secretary ICMAB made welcome address & Tribute to the Mr. Md. Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA & Dr. Md. Anwar Ullah FCMA while in a presidential speech Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed FCMA, President, ICMAB said “As the flag bearer of ICMAB, they have consistently elevated the prestige of CMA designation and highlighted our professions vital contribution to the broader community.”

The veteran fellow Mr. Rahman and Dr. Md. Anwar Ullah was honored with uttorio and floral reception at the very outset and was praised by all the office bearers, past presidents, council members and their acquaintances for their inherent qualities which dignified their remarkable achievements. They were admired for their humbleness, honesty, dedication to work and professional attitude. President of ICMAB, Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed FCMA, awarded them  beautiful crest along with other office bearers and council members.

 Among others, Vice-President Mr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman FCMA , Vice-President Mr. Md. Kausar Alam FCMA, Past President Prof. Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed FCMA, Past President Mr. Mohammed Salim FCMA, Past President Mr. Arif Khan FCMA, Council Member Mr. Hasnain Thoufiq Ahmed FCMA, Council Member Mr. Mohammed Jahangir Alam FCMA, Council Member Mr. Md. Maksudur Rahman FCMA, Council Member Dr. Syed Abdulla Al Mamun FCMA, and a large number of Fellow and Associate Members joined the event to honor Mr. Khan and and Dr. Md. Anwar Ullah and celebrate their success.
