Closing Ceremony of the 4th Batch of the “200-Hour Young Leadership Development Program”

The Young Leadership Development Committee (YLDC) of ICMAB, as part of its continuous endeavor to equip young leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in leadership roles, launched the 4th batch of the “200-Hour Young Leadership Development Training Program” on 27 August 2024. This comprehensive program covered four key skill tracks: business skills, leadership skills, communication skills, and decision-making and negotiation skills.

The closing ceremony of the program was held on Thursday, 27 February 2025, at Holiday Inn Dhaka City Center, located at 23 Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Sharani, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1208, at 6:00 PM.

Over the course of six months, the program featured 20 distinguished faculty members, including 8 Fellows of ICMAB and 12 national-level training experts, who conducted sessions on a wide range of essential topics, such as:

During the closing ceremony, 19 successful graduates were awarded certificates by the Chief Guest, Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed FCMA, President of ICMAB.

The event began with a welcome speech by Mr. Md. Zasim Uddin FCMA, Vice Chairman of YLDC, followed by an overview of the 4th batch presented by Mr. Jamal Ahmed Choudhury FCMA, Chairman of YLDC. The presence and motivational speech of Mr. Md. Kausar Alam FCMA, Vice President of ICMAB, further inspired the participants.

During the ceremony, both the graduates and resource persons shared heartfelt reflections on their experiences and expressed gratitude to the ICMAB leadership for facilitating such a transformative program.

In his address, the Chief Guest, Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed FCMA, encouraged the graduates and guided them on the path to future success.

The program was skillfully moderated by Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain FCMA and Mr. Anik Kumar Kundu ACMA, Coordinators of the 4th Batch, while the closing speech was delivered by Mr. Naba Krishna Muni FCMA, Chief Coordinator of the 4th Batch.
